How to Apply:

Step 1: Use on moisturized or primed skin. Twist base to wind the stick up or down.
Step 2: Swipe gently on the skin and blend out with fingertips or use our Base brush to buff into complexion. Use all-over on bare skin or specifically in areas where more coverage is needed.

Fulfillment vs. Transit — Know the Difference

• Fulfillment — For Glitz Theory-stocked items, the time to hand-select, quality-check, and pack your gear is 24 hours (Mon–Fri).
• Transit — The time the carrier takes to deliver your package.
• Total delivery time = fulfillment + transit.

Glitz Theory-stocked orders placed after 11 AM EST on Friday begin fulfillment the following Monday. Partner-shipped products follow the dispatch timeline on their product pages.

Shipping Tiers

For eligible Glitz Theory-stocked items, our published transit estimates are:

• Standard — 3–7 business days
• Expedited — 2–3 business days
• Overnight — 1 business day (order must be placed by 11 AM EST)

Glitz Theory-stocked items ship from Virginia Beach, VA. Partner-shipped items may ship from elsewhere and may have different dispatch timelines. Check the product page before ordering. Available shipping options and rates are shown at checkout based on your order and location.

Festival Prep — Plan Ahead

We recommend ordering at least 10 business days before your event to account for possible carrier delays. Check the product page for partner-shipped dispatch times, and allow for transit as well. Check our homepage for specific deadlines for Lost Lands, EDC, and Project Glow drops.

Tracking

• Tracking is sent by email once a shipping label is created.
• Track your order through the carrier link in your shipping confirmation.
• If you have not received tracking within the dispatch window shown for your item, check your spam folder or contact us.

Carrier Liability

Glitz Theory is not responsible for packages once marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your package shows delivered but has not arrived:

• Check with neighbors and building management first.
• File a claim directly with the carrier using your tracking number.
• Contact us at info@glitztheory.com — we'll do everything we can to help resolve it.

International Shipping

International orders are subject to customs duties and import taxes determined by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. Glitz Theory is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

We want you to absolutely love your Glitz Theory gear. If the vibe isn't right or the fit is off, no stress. For eligible Glitz Theory-stocked items, we offer a 45-day return window for store credit. Some partner-shipped products have different return terms, shown on their product pages. Check your item before ordering. For example, the partner-shipped Good Vibes JUMBO FlowStar follows its listed 30-day partner return and refund terms, not this 45-day store-credit policy.

Store Credit — How It Works

The following terms apply to eligible Glitz Theory-stocked items, unless the product page specifies different partner return terms.

• Eligible returns are issued as a Digital Gift Card within 72 hours of your return being processed.
• Your store credit never expires.
• Gift Cards are sent to the email address on your original order.

Return Shipping

• For eligible Glitz Theory-stocked US orders, we provide a prepaid return label.
• A flat $6.99 label fee is deducted from your store credit.
• International returns: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• For a partner-shipped product, follow its product-page return shipping instructions instead.

Return Eligibility — The Hygiene Standard

For returns under Glitz Theory's 45-day store-credit policy, items must meet all of the following:

• Unworn and unwashed.
• Hygienic liners intact and undisturbed.
• Tags attached and item in original condition.
• Returned within 45 days of delivery.

Items that do not meet these standards are not eligible for store credit. Partner-shipped products may have different eligibility rules shown on their product pages.

The Main Stage Guarantee — Defective Items

For Glitz Theory-stocked items with a manufacturing defect, email info@glitztheory.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll handle return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. For partner-shipped items, check the product page for the partner's support contact and defect instructions.

Final Sale Items

Under the Glitz Theory store-credit policy, the following are not eligible for return:

• Items marked FINAL SALE at purchase.
• Gift Cards.
• Items returned without hygienic liners intact.

2. We'll send your prepaid label within 24 hours.
3. Drop it off; store credit is issued within 72 hours of processing the return.
