Shipping Policy

We know you need your look for the next drop. That's why we hand-select and fulfill every order from our Virginia Beach studio within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).

Fulfillment vs. Transit — Know the Difference

  • Fulfillment — The time it takes us to hand-select, quality-check, and pack your gear: 24 hours (Mon–Fri)
  • Transit — The time the carrier takes to drive it to your door
  • Total delivery time = Fulfillment + Transit

Orders placed after 11 AM EST on Friday will begin fulfillment the following Monday.

Shipping Tiers

  • Standard — 3–7 business days
  • Expedited — 2–3 business days
  • Overnight — 1 business day (order must be placed by 11 AM EST)

All orders ship from Virginia Beach, VA. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected tier.

🚨 Festival Prep — Plan Ahead

We recommend ordering at least 10 business days before your event to account for any carrier delays. Check our homepage for specific deadlines for Lost Lands, EDC, and Project Glow drops.

Cutting it close? Select Expedited or Overnight at checkout and email us at info@glitztheory.com — we'll prioritize your pack.

Tracking

  • A tracking number is sent instantly via email once your label is created
  • Track your order directly via the carrier link in your confirmation email
  • If you haven't received a tracking email within 24 hours of ordering (Mon–Fri), check your spam folder or contact us

Carrier Liability

Glitz Theory is not responsible for packages once marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your package shows delivered but hasn't arrived:

  • Check with neighbors and building management first
  • File a claim directly with the carrier using your tracking number
  • Contact us at info@glitztheory.com — we'll do everything we can to help resolve it

International Shipping

International orders are subject to customs duties and import taxes determined by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. Glitz Theory is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
