We're stoked to have you as part of the fam. These Terms of Service are the ground rules for using glitztheory.com and our social pages. We know legal docs aren't exactly festival vibes, but they're here to protect both the rail-tested gear we curate and the community we're building.

By accessing or purchasing from glitztheory.com, you agree to these terms. If something doesn't sit right, reach out before placing an order.

Age & Eligibility

By shopping here, you confirm you're at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). If you're purchasing on behalf of a minor dependent, you take full responsibility for that transaction.

Keep the Vibes High — Rave Etiquette

We're building something special. To keep the energy right, you agree not to:

  • Use glitztheory.com for anything unlawful or fraudulent
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt our platform
  • Harass, threaten, or disrespect other members of the Glitz Theory community
  • Reproduce or resell our content, product photos, or copy without written permission

Product Accuracy

We obsess over our product photography, but colors can shift depending on your screen calibration — especially with our Reflective and Bioluminescent fabrics, which are designed to react to light in ways a standard monitor can't fully capture. If you have questions about a specific colorway before ordering, reach out and we'll send additional reference shots.

Show Us Your Fit — UGC

We love seeing you at the rail! If you tag us @shopglitztheory or use #GlitzTheory, you're granting us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to feature your content on our socials and marketing materials. You retain full ownership of your photos. To revoke this license, email info@glitztheory.com and we'll remove your content within 5 business days.

Intellectual Property

All content on glitztheory.com — including product photos, copy, branding, and collection names — is the property of Glitz Theory LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

Glitz Theory is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability is limited to the value of your original order.

Dispute Resolution

We'd always rather resolve things directly — reach out to us first at info@glitztheory.com and we'll make it right.

If we can't resolve a dispute informally within 30 days, both parties agree to resolve it through binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), rather than in court:

  • No class actions — Disputes must be brought individually, not as part of a class or collective action
  • Small claims carve-out — Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies
  • Location — Arbitration will be conducted in Virginia Beach, Virginia, or remotely if both parties agree
  • Costs — AAA filing fees are split equally unless the arbitrator determines otherwise

You have 30 days from first accepting these Terms to opt out of arbitration by emailing info@glitztheory.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out." Opting out does not affect any other terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia Beach, VA.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of glitztheory.com after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We'll always post the latest version with an updated date below.
