Fit before the first set

Know your delivery window

Glitz Theory-stocked items dispatch from Virginia Beach within 24 hours Monday–Friday under our Shipping Policy. Partner-shipped items follow the timeline on their own product pages. Dispatch is not delivery; carrier transit and event-date arrival are not guaranteed.

If something isn’t right

Eligible Glitz Theory-stocked items can be returned within 45 days of delivery for store credit, subject to the condition, hygiene, and label-fee terms in our Return & Refund Policy. Partner-shipped products may have different terms shown on their listings.

For a manufacturing defect on a Glitz Theory-stocked item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll review it under our defect policy and help with the next step. For partner-shipped items, use the support instructions on that product page.
