We want you to absolutely love your Glitz Theory gear. If the vibe isn't right or the fit is off, no stress — we offer a 45-day return window for store credit.
💳 Store Credit — How It Works
- All returns are issued as a Digital Gift Card within 72 hours of your return being processed
- Your store credit never expires — use it whenever your next drop calls
- Gift Cards are sent to the email address on your original order
📦 Return Shipping
- We provide a prepaid return label for all US orders
- A flat $6.99 label fee is deducted from your store credit
- International returns: customer is responsible for return shipping costs
✅ Return Eligibility — The Hygiene Standard Items must meet all of the following to be accepted:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Hygienic liners must be intact and undisturbed
- Tags attached and in original condition
- Returned within 45 days of delivery date
Items that do not meet these standards will be returned to sender and are not eligible for store credit.

If your gear has a manufacturing defect, we've got you covered:
- Email us at info@glitztheory.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and a photo of the defect
- We'll handle the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you

- Items marked FINAL SALE at time of purchase
- Gift Cards
- Items returned without hygienic liners intact
