We want you to absolutely love your Glitz Theory gear. If the vibe isn't right or the fit is off, no stress — we offer a 45-day return window for store credit.


💳 Store Credit — How It Works

  • All returns are issued as a Digital Gift Card within 72 hours of your return being processed
  • Your store credit never expires — use it whenever your next drop calls
  • Gift Cards are sent to the email address on your original order

📦 Return Shipping

  • We provide a prepaid return label for all US orders
  • A flat $6.99 label fee is deducted from your store credit
  • International returns: customer is responsible for return shipping costs

✅ Return Eligibility — The Hygiene Standard Items must meet all of the following to be accepted:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Hygienic liners must be intact and undisturbed
  • Tags attached and in original condition
  • Returned within 45 days of delivery date

Items that do not meet these standards will be returned to sender and are not eligible for store credit.

If your gear has a manufacturing defect, we've got you covered:

  • Email us at info@glitztheory.com within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and a photo of the defect
  • We'll handle the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you

  • Gift Cards
  • Items returned without hygienic liners intact

  2. We'll send your prepaid label within 24 hours
  3. Drop it off and your store credit will be issued within 72 hours of receipt
