🛒 Ordering
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We offer flexible payment options through Shop Pay Installments and Afterpay — so you can secure your look now and pay over time. Just select your preferred option at checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We move fast so your order gets to you on time. Cancellations and changes can be accommodated within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order has entered production, we're unable to make changes or process cancellations — so please double-check your size, color, and shipping address before placing your order.
What does "Made-to-Order" mean?
It means your piece is crafted specifically for you after you buy it. This lets us maintain our quality standards and reduce waste — no sitting in a warehouse, no mass production. Just intentional, small-batch creation.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Keep an eye on your inbox (and your spam folder, just in case).
📏 Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size?
Our pieces are designed with stretch and movement in mind — because you're here to dance, not stand still. We recommend checking our Size Guide for the most accurate fit. If you're between sizes, size up for a more comfortable feel.
What if my item doesn't fit?
Reach out to us within 45 days of delivery and we'll work with you to find the right size — subject to fabric availability. We've got you.
🚚 Shipping
Where do you ship from and how long does it take?
We ship worldwide from our home base in Virginia Beach, VA. Here's what to expect:
- Made-to-Order: Allow 2–3 weeks for production, then standard shipping time.
- Ready-to-Ship: Ships within 1–2 business days — perfect if your festival is right around the corner.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide! 🌍 International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by their country. These are not included in your order total.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once an order has shipped, Glitz Theory is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier. If you have concerns, reach out and we'll do our best to help navigate next steps.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
No stress — we want you to love what you ordered. We offer store credit only on eligible returns initiated within 45 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with hygienic liners intact.
Sale items and custom pieces are final sale and not eligible for return.
Can I exchange my item?
Exchanges are available within 45 days of delivery, subject to fabric availability. Since we work in small batches, specific materials may sell out — in that case, we'll issue store credit so you can choose something you love.
What if I received a defective item?
We stand behind every stitch. If your item arrives defective, contact us right away and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
✨ Product Care
How do I care for my Glitz Theory piece?
Your festival look deserves to last. To keep it looking its best:
- Wash: Hand wash cold, or machine wash on the delicate cycle in a mesh laundry bag.
- Dry: Hang dry only. Never put sequins, mesh, or embellished pieces in the dryer — heat will damage the fabric and hardware.
- Store: Lay flat or hang to avoid stretching. Keep away from direct sunlight when storing.

Are your pieces really made in-house?
Every Glitz Theory piece is curated and quality-checked in-house by our founder in Virginia Beach, VA. While we partner with specialized production partners to bring our designs to life, we are not a dropshipper. We personally inspect every item for quality, fit, and finish before it ever reaches your door.
What's your approach to sustainability?
Our curated model is intentional. By selecting pieces that are often made-to-order or produced in small batches, we reduce overproduction and waste. We believe in intentional fashion: fewer pieces, curated better, and built to last beyond one festival season.
