Cancellation policy

Because we hand-select and fulfill every order within 24 hours to get your gear to the rail fast, the window for cancellations is very short.

⚡ The Fast Lane Rule — Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of being placed
  • After 2 hours, our team may have already begun packing your order and cancellation cannot be guaranteed
  • Once an order is marked as "Fulfilled" or a tracking number has been generated, it cannot be cancelled

At that point, our 45-day Store Credit policy applies — return the item once received and we'll issue your Digital Gift Card within 72 hours.

How to Cancel — Act Fast

Email us immediately at info@glitztheory.com with the subject line: URGENT: CANCEL ORDER #[Order Number]

This flags your request to the top of our queue so we can catch it before it ships. We cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already been fulfilled.

🔁 Subscriptions

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription with repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew, you can cancel at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain links to manage your subscription directly — no need to contact us.

🎟️ Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order — such as early drops for Lost Lands, EDC exclusives, or limited festival collections — you are buying a soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment on the confirmed ship date.

  • Pre-orders can be cancelled anytime before the official ship date
  • Once the ship date is confirmed and fulfillment begins, standard cancellation terms apply
  • If a pre-order has already been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled — but you can request a return under our 45-day Store Credit policy

🔄 Try Before You Buy

When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You'll have a set period of time to decide if you want to keep it. If you haven't returned the item by the end of that period, your payment method will be charged for the full amount.
