Dispatch and delivery

Glitz Theory-stocked items follow our Virginia Beach dispatch terms. Partner-shipped pieces have their own processing timelines. Read the Shipping Policy and the product listing before ordering for a specific event. Carrier delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Returns and defects

For eligible Glitz Theory-stocked items, review the 45-day store-credit terms and $6.99 prepaid US return-label fee in our Return & Refund Policy. Partner-shipped items may have different terms shown on their listings.

For a manufacturing defect on a Glitz Theory-stocked item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. For partner-shipped items, follow the support instructions on that product page.
