Cancellation Policy

Need to change course? Email us quickly so we can check where your order is in the process. Glitz Theory-stocked pieces and partner-shipped items have different dispatch timelines; the product page shows the timeline for your item.

Within two hours of purchase

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of being placed. Email info@glitztheory.com with your order number and the subject line URGENT: CANCEL ORDER. After two hours, processing may have started and cancellation is not guaranteed.

After fulfillment

Once an order is marked fulfilled or a tracking number has been generated, it cannot be cancelled. If the item is eligible for return after delivery, the applicable terms are in our Return & Refund Policy or, for a partner-shipped product, on its product page. Do not assume every item qualifies for the same 45-day store-credit terms.

Pre-orders

If we offer a pre-order, it may be cancelled before its official ship date. Once fulfillment begins, the standard cancellation terms apply. Check the pre-order listing for any item-specific details.
